Mark your calendars for future lunch meetings: July 14th and August 11th. Unless otherwise noted, all Lunch meetings are held the 2nd Wednesday of each month from 11:00am - 12:15pm at Tapatio Mexican Grill in Newcastle. In celebration of receiving their Engineering Review Permit, Trails at Newcastle is hosting a site walk and celebration toast on Friday June 11th followed by music and picnic at Lake Boren Park. | The Golf Club at Newcastle Hosted the USO May 23rd & 24th! |
Several Chamber businesses and individuals sponsored a happy hour on the 23rd, attended by about 75 people. On the 24th, the USO held their Red White and Blue Golf Tournament, Dinner and Auction. Attendees included celebrities, active military personnel & vets, and local residents. The Golf Club Staff and many volunteers contributed to make it a very successful event. The Chamber membership fees have not increased for 2010. Business Membership is only $50 a year; Non-profit organizations and individuals only pay $30. As a busines or non-profit member you can advertise events and promotions on the Chamber website and in the Newsletter, and have your website linked to our Member Directory. Download a Membership Application/Renewal Form and bring it with you to our lunch meeting on February 10th! |
